This Is Not a Typical CHRO Role

We are looking for a business-first HR leader with experience scaling sales and investment teams in high-growth environments. This role combines HR strategy with hands-on execution, P&L ownership, and direct alignment with the Founder’s office.

Key Responsibilities

1. Scale Sales & Investment Teams
Build national hiring systems for wealth managers, sales anchors, digital pre-sales, and operations.

Recruit top talent from BFSI, Fintech, NBFCs, and Real Estate backgrounds.

Design sales performance systems and incentive models linked to targets.

2. Drive People Strategy Aligned with Business Growth

Work directly with the CEO and VP Sales to meet P&L goals through talent systems.

Implement OKRs, performance reviews, and reward structures tailored for execution teams.

3. Lead Org Design & Leadership Hiring

Build the entire HR stack across Indore, Mumbai, Bengaluru, and new market entries.

Own CXO hiring, mid-level management, and scalable hiring engines.

4. Build a High-Performance, Value-Driven Culture

Design learning academies, sales bootcamps, and internal growth programs.

Shape a growth-hungry but ethical culture focused on long-term wealth creation.

5. HR Ops & Compliance

Deploy HR tech for recruitment, payroll, PMS, and documentation.

Ensure legal compliance across employment law, labor regulations, and policy governance.

Ideal Candidate
12+ years of HR leadership experience with real business ownership.
Proven track record of scaling sales teams from 50 to 500+ in BFSI, Fintech, or Real Estate.
Experience in founder-led or fast-growth startups.
Strong grasp of P&L, incentive design, and business-linked HR strategy.
Willing to relocate to Indore HQ (non-remote role).
